Zhang, The Clapper

Zhang Quan, 70 years old is eager to get his name written in world record books with help of his amazing clapping talent which measured 107 decibels, just few decibel lower than spinning blades of helicopter. Sadly, he doesn’t know where to practice this talent as local environment protection official says that people can register arrest warrant for creating noise pollution if he keeps on clapping too often. link
