Ok, so this celeb is known for wearing out-of-the-ordinary outfits, but wouldn’t you buy a far better-looking outfit if you could, had you had more than a hundred pearls with you, instead of glue them all to your body? Well, apparently Lady Gaga didn’t think so when she decided to show up wearing this at a charity gala held in NY early last year. link
