Bear tracks in the middle of New York City?. These interesting animal footprints are left by special soles of shoes called “Animal tracks“.
This project is called Outliers created by the Canadian artist Maskull Lasserre who has been using the shoes to leave animal tracks in cities in Canada and America since 2011. When worn, (the shoes) produce tracks meant to infiltrate the urban environment, creating a dual sense of wonder and confusion for whoever encounters them,” according to a press release on “Outliers (Trace). Sounds interesting? We definitely want a pair, it must be fun to walk on snow or sand with these animal tracks. link | via
